I look back at these pictures and can't believe how much Gabe has grown! It is so fun and makes me sad all at the same time!! He is such a joy in our home!! Gotta love him!!!! Oh and we made a huge accomplishment this past week!! NO MORE BINKI.....or Gabe would say blee!! We did it finally!!! It was easier than I thought it would be too!! YES!!! Although he was cute with his blee....but it was way over due that blee went bye bye!! Anyway.....here is Gabey being silly!!!

Here is baby Gavin!! This is a picture of his face and you can see his hand right by his face!! While we were getting the ultrasound.....he waved at us!! This is the picture we got of it!! It was soooo cute!!

You can see that he is pretty much wrapped up in a ball!! He is trying to get his knee!! I love this picture!!! It just makes me laugh and of course smile!!!

Well......all I can say is......it's definitely a BOY!!! Can you see his package?!!! Ha Ha!! So excited to get another boy!!!!

Here is Gavin's profile!! We are so....so.....so excited to be having another baby and another boy!! We truly didn't think we were going to be able to have anymore kids!! Gabe is a miracle and this baby is a complete miracle!! I don't think we have come to fully realize that we are actually going to have another baby!! We are blessed beyond words!! I can't even express how grateful I am for this opportunity!! I get to be a mom one more time!! AMAZING!!!! Thanks to everyone for all your love and support and endless prayers for us!! We can't thank everyone enough!! We have the most amazing friends and family!!! We love everyone so much!! We couldn't have gone through all we have the last 11 years trying to get these boys here if it wasn't for the amazing people in our lives!! Thank you all!!! So......we are due with this little guy in April and his name will be Gavin!! Haven't thought of a middle name yet.....but he will have one by the time he is born!! I hope!!! Thank you all once again!!! Yeah for baby boys!!!!!!!!

Here is Aaron doing the first of many firework cleanups that we had for our "Cul-de-sac of Fire"!! This is seriously one of my most favorite nights of the year!! It is amazing and it only gets better every single year!!!!

Here is the pile of fireworks we had for our famous night!! What a great way to celebrate the birth of our country........the "Cul-de-sac of Fire"!!!!!!

Here's Gabe playing in the dirt!! Big surprise........not!! He is a typical boy and lives in the dirt whenever it is possible!! His favorite is to throw rocks!! I don't care if he does it as long as he doesn't break anything!! I LOVE my little boy!!!! By the way......I have no idea why he's scuzzing me off!!!

Here is Gabey playing in the dirt with some of his cousins!! I'm so glad he has cousins to play with since I didn't grow up with any!! He's having a great time.....especially cause it's all about dirt!!!!
I love my little guy!! It has been nothing but a complete joy having a boy!! I love it more than anything on this earth!! Even if it requires a lot of clean up and black tubbies!! It is worth every single minute!!!!!

I love this picture simply because I LOVE the mountains!! That is one reason I love where I live.....we are so lucky to have the mountains in our backyard!! I have to just stare at them every single day........they are beautiful!!!!

Well......you can tell he is finally feeling like himself again after his surgery!! He makes me laugh......he's such a little goofball!! Yeah for tubes.......they were successful!!!!!!

Gabe's having his apple juice after he got his tubes!! Yeah for tubes!!! It was the BEST thing we ever did for out little man!! He is finally himself again! What a miserable 6 months we had before we finally put the tubes in!!!

Here's Gabe with his daddy right after surgery.....well, actually about 10 minutes after!! He was hysterical the first few minutes or so coming out of the anesthesia!! Finally he calmed down and that's when he was loving his daddy.....oh and Tiger too!!!

Here me and Gabe are waiting for his little ear surgery!! We can NEVER take a normal picture together.....I swear!! He is either goofing off or I look stoned in our pics!! Here he is being silly!!! I guess he's checking out the colored pencils.....who knows!!!!

Here is Gabey baby before he went to get tubes put in his ears! He had no idea what was going on except there were colored pencils and he could color!! He loves to color so I was happy to see they had that there for him!! He makes me laugh.......so serious!!!!

Well it has been way too long since I have updated my blog!! Sorry!! Anyway, you'll have to scroll down quite a ways until you get to the end of my updates today!! Here are some cute pictures that two of my brothers and their families had taken!! They turned out so cute!! The top picture is my brother Mark, his wife Brooke, and their two kids Noah (4), and Aveline (almost 1 year)! They live in Gilbert, AZ!! Here are my poor babies being shaved!! I couldn't believe it when I got home from work one day in June and found this happening!! Poor Cole Chocolate and Amber Husker!! But I have to admit it did help get all of their winter fur off faster!! They were shaved babies for a while, but it felt good to them too!! I never know what I'll find Aaron doing when I get home from work....and I was completely shocked this day!!

I'm sorry for not updating my blog lately......I'm just a complete slacker!! Anyway, here are a couple of pics of Gabe!! This is how he sleeps now......with his bum in the air!! I have no idea why, but it's the only way he'll sleep now!! He wakes up with some crazy sleep marks on his face becuase of it!! But I have to admit....it's pretty dang cute!!

Here's Gabe at Chuck-e-Cheese!! It was his first time there!! He was at his cousin Avery's birthday party!! He had cake all over his mouth!! He had so much fun....I'm sure we'll be back!! I guess that's a good thing......right?!!

This is something Gabey has to do every single day........take everything out of his toy bin and throw it all over!! He has more fun doing this!! I caught him in action in this picture!! It'll keep him busy for a good 20 to 30 minutes.....then he moves on to other things!! He's a very busy boy!!

I love this picture of Gabe!! I had him all wrapped up in his towel after his shower....and when I turned around this is what I saw!! He was rolling all over the bathroom floor naked!! It was so freakin cute!! Then of course he had to play with the phone and roll around some more!! Now that he is finally walking he just gets up from his shower or tubby and runs off naked to play with his toys!! I'm always chasing him around all the time whether it's with his clothes on or off!! He's so much fun....I just love being his mommy!!!

Here is my "first" baby....Berkley Bobcat!! I love, love, love this cat so much!! He has been the best cat and we are so happy we've had him our whole marriage!! Aaron gave him to me a month after we were married and he's been with us ever since!! He's turning 10 this week and I can't believe how time has flown by!! It makes me sad to know he's getting old ,but I know he'll be with us for a long time to come!! I just LOVE all my babies!!!

Now that Gabe is crawling all over the place......that means he is now trying to get a hold of my kitties!! Here is poor Berkley trying to rest, but of course he can't because Gabey wants to attack him!! Thank goodness my cats have plenty of hiding places to go to!! My cats have no idea what has just hit them....poor babies!!

This is what I have to do to with Gabe when I am out working in the yard and Aaron isn't home!! He is resigned to his sit-n-saucer!! Let me tell you...he wasn't very happy about it!! He would rather be held.....so he just sits there and gets mad at me!! So, we have lots of treats and he has his juice to make him happy for a minute!! Let's just say he didn't last very long like this and he went down for a nap!! Then I was finally able to get something done!!!

Here are a few pictures of Gabe playing in the wheel barrow!! He loved it!!! That's why he started crying in the last picture.....I was making him get out!! I had to though....he was eating sick stuff at the bottom of the wheel barrow!! But, while he was in it......it was the best thing in the whole world to him!! All I can say is he is definitley a boy!! He loves wheel barrows, dirt, and pretty much everything gross!! Gotta love it!!

Here is our crazy dog Amber getting ready to attack the tiller!! She can't stand the tiller, lawn mower, or anything like that!! She goes crazy and attacks them all!! She even attempts to bite them!! I don't know why....maybe to protect Aaron or something....who knows!!

Our dogs Amber (crazy), and Cole!! They love to help in the yard or really anything we do!! They are great dogs and we love them tons!! They are both playing with Aaron's work gloves!! For some reason that is their favorite toy to play with!! They are so much fun!!

Here's Gabey baby in the front yard.....helping us plant shrubs and trees!! He's such a good helper!! I had to put him on a blanket cause he cannot stand to be on the grass!! He freaks out!! So, of course to keep the little man happy....you gotta have the blanket!! Heaven forbid he sit on the grass!! The things you do to keep them happy!!

Here are some of our family photos we had done in April!! They are also Gabe's 1 year pictures!! I wanted to find a place for his pictures that were boyish looking....so the thought came to my mind that it would be fun to do his pictures with trains and tracks!! So, where else would we go than the Ogden Union Station!! It was so much fun and they turned out great!! I got what I was looking for....boyish pictures! Yes....I know I'm weird!! I felt bad for the little man while we were taking them, because it was so cold that day. But, he was a trooper and he hung in there the whole time!! By the end though....he was DONE!! My friend at work....her daughter-in-law takes photos and has taken all of Gabe's since he was born!! She does an amazing job and I would love to refer her to anyone who is looking for fun pictures for a reasonable price!! Just let me know!!

Here's Aaron at Gabe's party runnin' the grill!! He hasn't grilled for a while and he had the flames I swear as tall as our house!! But, nothing burned down and it turned out great!!

Here's Gabey baby on his birthday and his first "real" time in the grass!! Do you think he likes it? Ha Ha.....obviously it's a 100% NO!! He hated it and went stiff as a board!! He wouldn't move a muscle! It was pretty funny!! I always wondered what he would do....now I know!!

Here's Gabe on his birthday at my parents house!! He likes to do this when we say " so big"!! Oh he's so cute!! Anyway, my mom was so nice to watch him that morning while I was at work!! I only worked a half day so I could be with my little man on his 1st birthday!! Of course he had no idea what was going on....it was a normal day to him!! I think it was more for me!! I had a pretty hard time with his birthday.....i'm a big baby!! I just can't believe how fast this past year went!! I have loved every single minute of it!! And I know i'll love every single minute of the rest of his life!! He has definitley been the BEST thing that has ever happened to me and Aaron!! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Gabey baby!! We hope everyone had a Happy Easter!! Ours was great!! It was Aaron's birthday and Gabey's first Easter!! He loved wearing the bunny ears that his babysitters Shanette and Shanelle made him!! It was amazing that he would keep them on!! He loved them!! Doesn't he make the cutest Easter bunny?!! Ok...I am biast!! Anyway, we had a great day and Gabe loved eating all the plastic eggs that his cousins gave him! Notice in the first picture all of Gabe's cousins from Aaron's side!! It's awesome and amazing to me how many he has! There are 22 in all!! I am so glad he has cousins since I grew up with none!! It's something I have always wanted for my kids since I didn't have any cousins....and I think that has definitely come true!! He has A LOT of cousins!! We are grateful for all of them on my side and Aaron's side!! We are lucky to have two amazing families!!

Here Gabey is eating his sock!! This may look weird, but is actually completely normal for him!! He loves to pull his socks off his feet and play with them!! He makes me laugh so hard every single day!! He just loves to roll around and on this day eat his socks!! He thought it was pretty fun!! And yes I know his jammies are tight!! Hey everyone!! The other day I came home from work to find my garage turned into a work shop.....which is normal around my house!! Anyway, to my surprise Aaron was actually working on something for me!! I have asked him to build me a shelf for like 5 years and suddenly here it is!!! He decided to do it for me for mother's day!! I was so flippin excited and still am!! Here are some pics of the eventful day when he put it up on my wall!! I thought for sure he would have some help for this, but no not Aaron!!! He of course had to do it himself....and might I add I thought he was going to for sure kill himself this time!! He didn't die...he survived and here are a few pictures of the event!! Notice Gabey sitting on the shelf before Aaron put it on the wall and then the picture of him sitting in his sit-n-saucer watching Aaron put it up!! Now the problem is finding cute stuff to put on the shelf!!! Thanks to Aaron, Gabe, and my animals for such a great mother's day gift!! I love it!!

It's official......Gabe is finally in his new car seat!!! Oh it makes me so sad that he'll be a year in a few weeks!! Where has this year gone?! I can't believe how time flys!! He loves his new car seat and it is so much fun seeing his face as we drive!! He's so funny and makes me laugh so hard....pretty much the whole car ride!! Yes...I am a nerd, but he makes me laugh!! Notice that his sock is off....again!! I really have no idea why I put his socks on him!! But I guess that's what is fun to him right now!! It's also funny to see him throw his toys in the car!! I knew that he did it before....I just never saw him do it!! He can't hide anything from me now!!! Oh and sorry that he didn't smile for the pictures! Well Gabey is finally over RSV! Here he is getting a breathing treatment (ignore the complete mess on my night stand)!! That was one of the longest 2 weeks of our lives! I felt so bad for Gabe!! I never realized how sick babies got with RSV!! He didn't eat or drink anything for 7 days....AHHHH! It was scary and now he is no longer my chubby boy!! He lost a lot of weight! All his clothes are all baggy on him...it makes me sad! But he is now finally trying to eat again....and is eating more and more everyday! So, hopefully soon he will be my chubby boy again!! It was so great that McKay-Dee has a 24 hour a day RSV clinic that we could go to anytime we needed to get Gabe his treatments!! For a few days we were there like 5 times a day!! If it wasn't for the clinic they would've hospitalized him! Oh I am so glad that he is finally on the mend and getting back to himself!!! We hate RSV!!

Here is Gabey baby with his Grandpa Harold!! He loves him so much and loves to go to the Weber State games with him....as you can tell!! This is his new Weber State hat!! I went to go get it while we were at the game and bought an infant size thinking that it was plenty big! Well I should know better since Gabe has a bigger head that the infant size wouldn't come close to fitting him!! And of course it didn't fit at all!! So, after trying to get the infant size hat on him....I went back and had to buy the toddler size which fit great!! Oh poor Gabey!! At least the hat fits....right?!!

Here he is at his 9 month doctors appt!! He has grown of course in every way possible!! He was just over 23 pounds and is 29 1/2 inches long!! I can't believe how he has grown!! He was only 6 lbs 11 oz and 19 1/2 inches long when he was born!! He was little!! After seeing how much he weighed, now I know why my back hurts all the time!! I have to carry that load around all the time!! Oh I love how chubby he is though!! I just can't get enough of him!!

I love this picture! He makes me laugh! I got him out of the car the other day and this is how I found him!! He was playing with that rabbit toy which is normally hanging and he grabs at it! Obviously he got a little tired while he was playing with it and this is how he fell asleep!! Merry Christmas!!

Gabe's 1st Christmas was a success! I don't know who had more fun....Gabe, me & Aaron, or our cats!! Gabe liked his toys and clothes, but the hit of the day were the bows, tissue, & wrapping paper!! He likes to put everything in his mouth....so, pretty much he ate his Christmas!! He was eating all the paper and his toys! I even think he was eating his clothes too! The cats were running around like crazy diving into the paper....Gabe loved watching that!! He loves our cats!! Notice in the first pic that we have a huge hole in our Christmas tree...thanks to our cats!! We simply just had a great day playing with Gabe and just relaxing! My grandma came over and so did my brother Jeff!! It was a lot of fun! We definitley can be thankful for many things this year.....our families, our animals, our health, and for Gabe!! We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas too! Happy New Year!!!

Gabe's 1st Christmas Eve!

We had such a great time @ the Westbroek's this year!

We still can't thank Aaron's parents enough for letting us come

last minute! It was so much fun to be with family and to watch Gabe

open up his first presents! Of course he got his Christmas eve jammies

from grandma and grandpa Westbroek! Oh and does he look cute in them!! Blue is his color!! Then they gave him this pirate ship that he cannot get enough of! The only problem he has with it is that he can't figure out how to get the pirate ship in his mouth!! He's tried it a million times by now and just can't figure that one out! We had such a great time and are so grateful for family and especially for our little man I like to call Gabey baby!!

I noticed like a month ago I was tagged for this but am now just getting to it! This should be interesting!!!

1. What is your husbands name? Aaron.....I try to call him Westy at times, but he gets mad!
2. How long have you been married? 9 years...time flys!
3. How old is he? 30....and 3months older than me which I always remind him of that!
4. Who is taller? Aaron is....if i'm flat foot I only go to around his shoulders, so I wear tall shoes!
5. Who sings better? Neither of us! I sing all the time to him at home though....oh he loves that!
6. Who is smarter? It depends on the subject...we both pretend or try to be!!
7. Who does the laundry? I do! I don't know how he survived on his mission! He's never done it for me!
8. Who pays the bills? We both do! I wish there wasn't such thing as bills!
9. Who mows the lawn? We both do! I love yard work so I will do it anytime I have a chance!
10. Who cooks dinner? I do! I don't know how Aaron never picked it up from his dad since his dad is the one who cooks! Aaron has no idea how to...it would be nice if he did!!

11. Who admits when they are wrong? I definitley do more than he does! He is soooo stubborn!
12. Who kissed who first? Aaron did! He did it at Wolf Creek golf course...he thinks he so smooth! 13. Who wears the pants? Actually Gabe and our animals do! Well, I guess me a little bit, but Aaron gets his way a lot too! So, who knows?!!!!

I love this picture of him! He makes this face all the time! I love his big blue eyes and of course his chubby cheeks! I love this boy soooo much! He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and Aaron! I know everyday to not take him for granted! I think that is what I had to learn while we waited 8 years to get him! Happy Halloween!! This was Gabe's first halloween! He had a lot of fun....as you can tell! He was definitley wondering what in the heck was going on!! Anyway, he was a bat (the cutest bat ever...but i'm not biased at all) and when we would sit him on the ground he would wave his arms up and down just like he was flying! It was funny! He's 6 months old now and I cannot get enough of him! He's the best!!!!!

I took the little man yesterday for his 4 month appointment! He is growing like a weed! He was 15 lbs 9 oz and like 25 1/2 inches long! He is in like the 80th percentile for his age! That's crazy since only 2 months ago he was small and only in the 20th percentile! The doctor walked in and was like "Wow! He's sure takin' off since the last time I saw him"! He is a little piggy and loves to eat ALL the time! Everything is great and his shots went well, but sad since his face went as red as I have ever seen it! He cried, but only for a minute.....then he crashed! It was such a traumatic day!

This is how I found Gabe this morning in his crib! This is his favorite way to sleep! He sleeps just like Aaron.......with their arms sprawled out everywhere! Usually I find him talking to his mobile that has helicopters and planes on it, or he talks to the plane that you can see on his bumper!

Here is Aaron and his little twin Gabe! This is right after the amazing hair cut. I have never seen so much hair come from a 3 month old!! It was exciting, but sad too. I don't want him to grow up! Since we cut his hair he looks more and more like Aaron! They make the same facial expressions....it's crazy! I wonder how I am going to survive living in a house with two Aaron's?!!
